As an international sports retail brand, Wiggle has a huge marketing strategy that covers a wide range of different channels in which to deliver content. As this reach began to grow, it was imperative that they were producing content that was going to not only engage customers but also inform and inspire.

With customer journey and engagement at the heart of the content strategy plan, it was key to create different video content for the different channels that Wiggle engaged with its customers through. This ranged from; creating videos or live streams for social media and PPC adverts, to product and lifestyle videos for product webpages and in-depth interviews & promos with partner brands such as adidas and Under Armour or sports personalities such as the Brownlee brothers, Fabian Cancellara or Vicky Williamson - the aim was to engage and provide the customer with the information they needed to have confidence in their next purchase.
